  • Confirm & record AC panel schedule, as necessary and applicable, including:
  • Breaker Type/ Size
  • Load Designation
  • Update hard copy panel schedule
  • Update soft copy panel schedule
  • Create panel schedule
  • Thermal Imaging scan AC panels & report any issues
  • Provide findings in a detailed report
  • DC Power
  • Inventory & Record all DC Power Plant components & provide in Detailed
    Report (serial numbers, type/size, load, etc.)
  • Inventory & Record all BDFB/CBDB/PDU components & provide in Detailed
    Report (serial numbers, type/size, load, etc.)
  • Inventory & Record all Inverter components & provide in Detailed Report
    (serial numbers, type/size, load, etc.)
  • Amp clamp all DC main loads & provide in Detailed Report
  • IR scan BDFB/ CBDB secondary circuits & report any issues
  • Thermal Imaging scan AC Panels that feed DC Power Plant & Inverters and
    report any issues
  • Grounding
  • Ground cable size and path inspection
  • Amp clamp all ground cables @ MGB
  • Confirm & record all ground bus configurations for PANI & single point ground
    system
  • Create/ confirm /update grounding system; hard copy or CAD and Provide
    findings in a detailed report
  • HVAC
  • Inventory all units, i.e. Make/ model/ serial #’s
  • Visually inspect belts & general condition of unit
  • Replace air filters as needed
  • Record alarm log & Provide findings in a detailed report
