Site Auditor
Overview:
- Lays out complete products and prepares assembly and detail drawings, following the general instructions and directions of a designer within the timeframe and quality set forth by customer.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer facilities and record all telecommunication equipment and support equipment specified by customer
- Knowledge of all AC equipment to the data center from the street
- Knows how to read (As-built) drawing
- Can read AC/DC one line
- Knowledge of all DC equipment, Alarm Systems, HVAC Systems
- Able to locate equipment in Datacenter or Das Shelter
- Performed Audits for telecommunications

- DC Power Plants (Including Rectifier Modules), DC Power Plant Batteries, DC Battery Disconnects
- BDFB (Battery Distribution Fuse Bay)
- BDCBB (Battery Distribution Circuit Breaker Bays)
- Inverter (Including inverter modules), Inverter Static Switches
- UPS’s (Uninterruptable Power Supply), (Including UPS Rectifier Modules) UPS Batteries and Disconnect Switches
- Maintenance By-Pass cabinets
- PDU (Power Distribution Unit) consisting of a transformer and breakers)
- RPP (Remote Power Panels)
- BITS Clocks
- Generator, Generator Fuel Polishing System, Nitrogen Blanket Generators
- Veeder Root or other fuel level monitoring systems
- Generator fuel tank, generator day tank, Natural Gas Booster pumps, fuel polishing systems
- HVAC (CRAC) Computer Room Air Conditioner
- (CRAH) Computer Room Air Handlers) Make up air systems
- Cooling Towers, Cooling Doors
- Chillers
- Pumps, Refrigerant Pumps
- Dry Coolers / Condensers
- Fire Panels, FM200 Panels
- VESDA Panels
- Pre-Action Systems
- FM200 tanks, Exhaust fans etc.

Required Skills:
- Soft skills: Microsoft Office (Strong Excel)
- Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Liaison with engineering personnel
- Able to move from design concept to finished design, including Audits, Labeled picture and any notes
- Write Method of Procedure (Limited to just an entry type MOP)
- Ability to learn and execute established procedures and programs
- Complete all applicable reports and required project documentation
- Able to follow established procedures to complete required Facility Engineering Audits
Education & Experience:
- One (1) to two (2) years’ college or trade school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years’ on-the-job experience as an Auditor or Installer
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for formal training
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with current auto insurance; negative drug screen and clear background checks.
